Reporting – Whistleblowing
ModenaFiere S.r.l. offers employees, collaborators, suppliers and other individuals and entities the possibility of reporting irregularities committed by other individuals or entities belonging to the organisation which could seriously threaten the company’s reputation.
The aim is to permit the Company to manage the problem reported as soon as possible, disclosing situations of risk or damage and thus contributing to the prevention and contrast of possible unlawful acts.
Through suitable channels and procedures that guarantee the protection and confidentiality of the whistle-blower, all stakeholders can, in this way, contribute to contrasting unlawful conduct and spread a culture of ethics and legality.
How to report and to whom
Whoever gains direct knowledge, by virtue of their work activities, of any anomalies, serious irregularities or violations of the organisation Model and of the Code of Ethics of ModenaFierecan report them – also in anonymity – to the Supervisory Body through these channels:

• registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt: to the attention of Avv. Daniela Goldoni–Supervisory BodyofModenaFiere S.r.l.,Corso Canal Grande n. 96, 41121 Modena.
The report will be managed in a confidential manner by the Supervisory Body, which is obliged not to reveal the identity of the whistle-blower without their consent.Any personal data present will be processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy in force and stored for a period strictly necessary for the management of the report.
Reports cannot be based on “mere” rumour or hearsay, but must contain detailed elements, useful for ascertaining the validity of the facts reported, so as to allow the Company to carry out necessary checks.
PROTECTION OF THE WHISTLE-BLOWER
The report is managed with the utmost confidentiality, according to the methods indicated in the specific Procedure, and the identity of the whistle-blower, when declared by him/herself, is not revealed without his/her consent, unless required by law.
Any retaliatory or discriminatory act with respect to the whistle-blower for reasons associated, directly or indirectly, with the report is, moreover, prohibited. Disciplinary measures are foreseen with respect to whoever violates the measures for protecting the whistle-blower.
PROTECTION OF THE INDIVIDUALREPORTED
The individual reported may not be disciplinarily sanctioned in any way on the basis of what is affirmed by the whistle-blower without objective findings and without proper investigation of the facts reported.
Any reports made in bad faith, in an opportunistic manner, as well as unfounded and carried out with wilful intent, are also a source of liability in disciplinary and other competent contexts.
